The mortgage process (in a nutshell)

In our first discussion we'll start understanding exactly what you need from your mortgage, including your budget and any expected changes in your circumstances. We'll also examine different mortgage options and rates and I'll provide an Agreement in Principle (AIP).

Next step is to find your new property and make an offer. You'll then give your AIP and proof of deposit to your estate agent.

It's then time to finalise the right mortgage deal for you and complete the application process, working closely with your solicitors.

Open the front door to your new home. We can then discuss your after care options to protect you and your property.
